Still awaiting return of the money the state of Maryland stole from me last month. Today I was informed that since a) Maryland intercepted part of my federal tax refund; and that b) the IRS charges $20 for that service; then c) If and when I get back the money that the state of Maryland stole from me, I will receive the amount of money Maryland stole from me less $20.
