Cross-country quandary

INDC Bill wants to know which United States Senator would you least like to sit next to on a cross-country flight?

I'd go with the gentleman from West Virginia. I'd choose sitting next to a fat smelly guy who keeps nodding off and drooling on my shoulder to sitting next to "the Grand Old Man of the Senate," Robert Byrd. As a seatmate, I picture Byrd hectoring me on the finer points of aerodynamics nonstop for the entire length of the flight, much as he bloviates on the Senate floor on the finer points of the Constitution.
