This isn't a real list without fried okra and fried oreos. I'll add collards for good measure.

Collards, yum. Fried okra, not so much. Never had deep fried Oreos. Have had fried cheesecake, though.

I'd add matzo balls, to my ideal list.

Go to any state fair in the South- fried oreos and fried snickers are a staple. Of course, such delicacies might kill you instantly.
