Actually, I had forgotten he even existed. Anyway, Gail points out sloppy BBC reporting that I've noticed in other coverage of Kevorkian's release, notably NPR:

[T]he BBC never mentions that some of Kevorkian's patients were nonterminal. This is bad journalism, and in my opinion it is probably agenda-driven journalism.
