Mastectomies for mannequins

Iran's moral police are cutting off the breasts of mannequins wearing revealing clothes. On a related note, yesterday I noticed a mannequin whose hipbones were jutting out. They were seriously sharp--the mannequin's most noticeable feature--and the figure was posed with her pelvis jutting forward. Very odd. Is that supposed to be attractive?
