My car overheated at 7 am today. Great way to start the day. My mechanic and I are hoping that some sort of sealing tablets he's putting in will fix the problem. It's that or a new head gasket--at a cost of about $1,000. Here's hoping.
UPDATE: I need a new head gasket. Coolant is leaking into the engine. My mechanic, who adds that he doesn't do the work, advises against driving it altogether lest I destroy the engine. Damn and blast!
