Just two of the images from this slideshow that accompanies this story titled "Fat is back in Hollywood." Granted your basic (natural) breast is largely made up of fat tissue but this is fat? And I'm not even going to get into the fact that the cover of the story is illustrated with a pig in high heels. Rebecca Traister has already done that.
