I have questions about sending the National Guard to patrol the border

First: What's the plan in the long term? I don't see that we can spare 48,000 Guard troops for the border for any length of time when we have so many now serving overseas.

Second: If Bush speaks at 8 pm today, what's this going to do to tonight's broadcast of 24?
