The Gaza pullout is winding down. Unfortunately, not always peacefully. So what's next?
Zev Chafets is optimistic. Meryl Yourish is not.
Steven Den Beste thinks the pullout will be a tragedy for the Palestinians "as the entire area collapses into violent anarchy." David Frum agrees and says that was Sharon's plan all along: To pass the responsibility of governing Gaza to Egypt and Jordan.
And Hamas continues to see the pullout as a victory for terror.
I don't know what happens next, but I prefer to remain optimistic. Unfortunately, I don't feel very optimistic right now.
