E. coli found in British Airways food

I link this article mainly because I spent the first several hours of my visit to London last year on the floor of my hotel's bathroom, writhing in agony. And not the bathroom of my hotel room, either: Since I arrived several hours before check-in time, I had to make do with a public restroom. And I flew British Airways.
