I knew this woman was crazy when she went out with that adorable plastic surgeon and refused to tell him that she was also a doctor. (Jewish mothers across the land are rending their garments and falling down in pain at the unfairness of it all.) Instead, she gave him a phony name and acted coy when he asked her what she did.
And she didn't just refuse to tell him what she did: Whenever the conversation came around to medicine, she'd stop his before he explained something or other and he'd say something to the effect of how'd you know that? And she'd say something like, I know a lot of doctors. Then, after a couple of dates she lets him in on the big secret and he's seriously pissed.
Now it turns out she was discharged from the Army following a hearing on unspecified charges and she couldn't get a medical license in Florida because of her "mental condition."
Oy.
