Spanish judge wants to talk to US soldiers

High Court Judge Santiago Pedraz wants to question three soldiers as murder suspects. The three were in a tank that fired on a Baghdad hotel in 2003, resulting in the death of a Spanish cameraman.

Any journalist who enters a war zone knows that he is putting his own life at risk -- a man pointing a camera at a tank cuts a very similar profile to a man aiming a rocket-propelled grenade. These guys risked their lives for the "perfect shot" of a tank entering Baghdad, and they lost.
