Penultimate Apprentice
Impressions of The Apprentice as it unfolds.
Tana sucks. And why is little Miss Cheerful badmouthing her team constantly? Sure, they're a group of maladjusted misfits but she's always jawing about making the best of things ...
Programs not proofread. Apparently bad stuff about athletes included in blurbs. Not smart.
"The Governor is waiting." "That's OK." "That is not OK."
No American flag. Bad.
Governor tells Trump about flag. V. bad.
Bruce Jenner looks like hell.
Carolyn not impressed.
Tana oblivious.
Kendra much better. But her event is easier. No gymnasts, governors, swimmers, flags.
Tana remains oblivious: She thinks she won. And she did it all herself!
Kendra gets all teary eyed. Group hugs. They believe in me!
Boardroom: Carolyn challenges Tana; badmouthing team, proofreading errors. Trump brings up flag.
Kendra still teary-eyed. Trump: "You're team loves you.!" George brings up last week's meeting mess.
Trump questions Tana re education. Yada, yada. Kendra defends college. Says Tana a quitter. (Left college to get married.) Trump: NYC is a tough place. Can you handle it? Tana: I'm not needy. Kendra: Defensive. More education v. street smarts. Dismissed. Kendra and Tana sit in waiting room outside office.
Enter the team members.
See you next week. I'm betting on Kendra.
