Higher education is going through a time of great change. Describe the factors influencing change in higher education, how those changes are manifested in the demand for and provision of library services and the ways in which you envision altering your professional practice in response to these changes.
Technology is one answer, but what about technology? And there's always the ALA standby--promoting diversity, responding to diversity, diversifying diversity--but that's not something I'm particularly interested in.
