Adams: I didn't want to go to the White House anyway

Gerry Adams shrugs off his snub by President Bush and Ted Kennedy.
"Do I interpret that as a movement by this administration away from the peace process?" Mr. Adams said. "No, I don't. This will not be worked out in the White House. ...This will be not be worked out anywhere else except back on the island of Ireland."

Update: Adams now known as the Winnie Mandela of Ireland.

Plus: Mark Steyn gives Sinn Fein and their European apologists "a second whack."
